If something isn't working, or you have a feature request, here's how to reach us.

Before you contact us
Check these first — they cover the most common questions:
- Troubleshooting — blank windows, missing plugin in DAW, sidechain not working, CPU spikes.
- System requirements — OS versions, RAM, CPU.
- Installation — plugin folder paths, DAW rescan instructions.
- License and activation — moving a license between machines, demo mode, lost license file.
Reaching support
Email is the fastest path. Include:
- Plugin version (visible in the plugin's About panel).
- DAW + version (e.g. "Ableton Live 12.0.5").
- Operating system + version (e.g. "Windows 11 23H2" or "macOS 14.4 Sonoma").
- What you tried and what you saw.
- If it's a crash: the crash log from your OS (Windows Event Viewer → Application; macOS Console.app → Crash Reports).
- If it's a sound issue: a short audio example, ideally before/after.
The more context you include, the faster the round-trip.
Feature requests
We read every feature request. If you have an idea for a new filter type, a new modulation target, a workflow improvement, or a stage that's missing — write to us with what you'd use it for. Concrete use cases shape the roadmap more than abstract suggestions.
Bug reports
If you've found a bug, please include reproduction steps:
- What you did (step by step).
- What you expected to happen.
- What actually happened.
- Whether it's consistent or intermittent.
A short video screen capture is often the fastest way to convey a UI bug.
Community
A community forum and Discord are in preparation. Until then, email is the canonical channel.
