    • The analog character stages (Console, Tape, Density, Coils) now run internally at 4× oversampling — audibly cleaner highs at hot drive settings, while your existing settings keep their sound.
    • Linear-phase reliability: after the host changed its buffer size or started an offline bounce, the linear-phase modes could briefly pass unprocessed audio until a control was touched — fixed.
    • More robust license handling: your activation is now recognized in every host situation — including offline renders where the plugin window never opens — and stays valid long-term without re-activating.
    • The PultecShelf band type now sounds exactly like the curve it draws — it previously cut low mids where the display showed the classic low-end boost.
    • Sharper, more readable interface: larger header and footer controls, bigger meter readouts aligned on one clean line, a footer bar that uses its full height, and a fixed right-click band menu on the light themes.

    • Saving and naming presets now works on every platform: “Save As…”, rename and overwrite open an in-app dialog styled to match the plugin — fixing macOS, where the name prompt previously did nothing at all.
    • Every knob, rotary switch and meter dial now shows a hover tooltip explaining what it does.
    • Smoother preset workflow: reliable factory-preset recall in Logic Pro, quick ‹ › preset navigation, a Reset/Default hint, and per-band slope shortcuts.

    • Linear-phase mode is now seamless: adjusting a band or switching the linear-phase resolution no longer causes brief audio dropouts — even at the highest resolution — and the change is applied instantly while playback stays clean.

    • New: Hit Record AUTO (beta) — play your material until the HIT pill in the footer fills, pick Master, Mix or Instrument and press Apply: Outboard-EQ reads crest, brightness and low end and writes the fewest EQ moves needed toward the spectral balance of commercial records. One shot, fully undoable.

    • Outboard-EQ is now pluginval-validated at the maximum strictness level 10 — the industry's plugin test suite gave audio processing at 44.1/48/96 kHz, automation, state recall and thread safety a clean pass.
    • News from Outboard, right here: the logo marker now also lights up for occasional product news — not just for new versions — and clears once read.

    • New Theme switch — a slider that snaps through nine hand-tuned colour worlds (Graphite, Azure, Teal, Indigo, Daylight, Emerald, Amber, Violet and High-contrast), each a complete, self-contained palette.
    • Macro knobs — four assignable macros that drive any combination of band and output parameters from a single control, with per-target depth and full DAW automation.
    • The in-plugin “what’s new” marker now clears automatically once you’ve opened the changelog.

    • Sharper EQ display on Windows screens with fractional scaling (125% / 150% / 175%) — the curve and grid now render crisply at any DPI.
    • Redesigned Dynamic-EQ colours for the Daylight and High-contrast themes — a calmer, more organic palette that reads cleanly on light backgrounds.
    • Full-height input and output meter side-rails with a tidier meter sidebar layout.

    • In-plugin update notifications: a marker on the logo and a “what’s new” panel let you know — right inside your DAW — when a new version is available.
    • The licence and activation panel now follows your system language (English, German, Spanish, French, Italian).

    • New colour schemes — Daylight (light) and High-contrast — alongside the default Graphite, each with an optional accent colour. Switch them from the footer; your choice is remembered per plugin.
    • The EQ display now resizes responsively to fill the space between the meters.
    • Wider input/output meter sidebars, a slimmer header, and theme-aware knobs, markers and sliders for sharper readability.

    • Fixed a rare crash in Cubase 15 on some Windows systems (WebView2 start-up hardening).
    • Removed the brief white flash when opening or re-opening the plugin window.
    • More robust UI start-up on Windows: statically-linked WebView2 loader and per-user data stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%.
